The Pima County Community Land Trust is selling homes to low income buyers earning between 50 and 65% of the area median income. These homes will be sold under a Land Trust model in which the house is sold to the Buyer, and a 99 year lease, renewable for a second 99 years is signed on the Land. The mortgage the Buyer qualifies for is based on 30 to 35% of their monthly gross income for all of their housing cost i.e, Mortgage, insurance, taxes, utilities and other fees if applicable.
