Collaboration between Pima County, eight sub-grantees and several community partners working together to implement the Neighborhood Stabilization Program-2 (NSP2), funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

The overall intention of NSP2 is the redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed homes in order to help stabilize neighborhoods by expanding opportunities for:
  • Homeownership
  • Affordable housing (including rentals)
  • Sustainable energy & other green improvements

Homes For Sale

The Pima County Community Land Trust is selling homes to low income buyers earning between 50 and 65% of the area median income. These homes will be sold under a Land Trust model in which the house is sold to the Buyer, and a 99 year lease, renewable for a second 99 years is signed on the Land. The mortgage the Buyer qualifies for is based on 30 to 35% of their monthly gross income for all of their housing cost i.e, Mortgage, insurance, taxes, utilities and other fees if applicable.
